So how do you make beetroot Juice taste great! This is Davids recipe, a stock market guru, who loves eating healthy. He made this beetroot juice for me once and now I’m pleased to share it with you.
David’s Beetroot, Apple and Ginger Juice.
What do I need?
- 4 Beetroots
- 3 Apples
- 2-3 slices of ginger
The quantities are rough, depending on how juicy your fruit and veggies are. Refine quantities to suit you taste preferences.
Step 1: Cut the Beetroots into strips
Step 2: Cut the Apples into strips
The Apple sweetens the juice, giving it more juice like tasting properties than say a plain vegetable drink.
Step 3: Slice the ginger
The ginger takes the edge of the beetroot. This is optional.
Step 4: Juice all three ingredients

Step 5 (and highly recommended here at eAntioxidantJuice.com): Add 50-100ml of you favorite antioxidant drink. ie Pomegranate Juice, Mangosteen Juice, Acai Juice etc.
Step 6: Pour and drink to your health, a new day and always for the of antioxidant juice!
Some notes and tips
- Mix the Juice with your silva as that helps.
- Keep the pulp left overs and add it to you garden or compost. This stuff is powerful and your garden will love you for it.
